Hamilton School Heroes

Hamilton School HeroesWe were greeted with lots of smiles and such kindness today at Hamilton School in Bridgewater, New Jersey. We were fortunate to present our program to students from grades Kindergarten through fourth grade, in two separate assemblies.

We received immediate feedback from teachers telling us that our assembly was “excellent,” “terrific,” and “amazing.”  As well, the students at Hamilton School, both younger and older, began to use the “Stop and Think” Hero Strategy that we teach during our assemblies.

It always amazes us to see how quickly students use this tool – and how effective it is for all students. Well done, Hamilton Heroes.  We applaud you for showing us such kindness and for being BETTER THAT THAT to others.

Bogota Students are Better Than That

Bogota Students are Better Than That Bogota Students are Better Than That“Wear The Cape! Wear The Cape!” Those were the chants started by the students at Steen School this afternoon.  What a terrific assembly at both Bixby and Steen School, in Bogota, New Jersey  today.

We loved how students at both schools vowed to Wear the Cape and be Better Than That! They promised to be Upstanders, by helping those in need. That’s the Cape way, and we are so proud!

Triangle and Sunny Meade Students are Better Than That

Triangle and Sunny Meade Students are Better Than That!

Triangle and Sunny Meade Students are Better Than ThatToday we presented our Hero Assembly at Triangle and Sunny Meade Schools in Hillsborough, New Jersey. The students and staff were all excited to show us how they Wear The Cape and use our “Stop and Think” Hero Strategy.

Mrs. Cynthia Caramico, a member of our Board of Trustees, was able to join the fun at Triangle School this morning. She was in awe of our program and believes every school should see our Hero Assembly, as it’s so beneficial to promoting kindness. We were so happy to have Cynthia participate in our program today.
